Registration form with payment must be received in the NEW ORLEANS USA HOSTS office by NOVEMBER 21, 2003. Any registrations requested after this date will be on a first come first serve, space available basis. Your cancelled check or credit card statement is considered your receipt for the tours. Your tour tickets can be picked up at the Tour Registration Desk in the Registration area during registration hours.

There will be no refunds or ticket exchanges after the registration deadline of NOVEMBER 21, 2003. All pick-ups and drop-offs for the tours will be from the main entrance of the New Orleans Marriott. Please be at the departure point 15 minutes prior to the departure time. We reserve the right to cancel a tour if there are too few registrations. In that event, your money will be refunded in full PRIOR TO the conference.
